The application of JCE Jaw Crusher
This series of jaw crusher is mainly used to crush mid hardness ores and rocks in metallurgical industry, mining, chemistry, cement making industry, construction, refractory, pottery and porcelain making for secondary and fine crushing. It is preferred to crush ores, rocks, slags, etc, whose compressive strength is under 280Mpa. Maximum size of feed materials must be less than what is required according to the specifications.

Working principle of JCE Jaw Crusher
The main unit of the jaw crusher runs with a central shaft driven by a transmission device. The top of the jaw crushers’shaft is connected with a quincunx stand, on which a grinder roller is installed to form a swing support. The grinder roller of the jaw crusher not only rotates around its own axis, but also rotates around the grinder ring and rotates itself due to the friction. There is a spade system under the quincunx stand at the bottom end of the grinder roller. During rotation of the spade and the rollers of the jaw crusher, materials will be fed into the space between rollers and ring to form a material layer. The materials will be grinded due to centrifugal force.
