Air load test run of Grinding Machine

(1)The steering of main unit and analyzer should be in accordance  with regulations.

(2)The test run time og main unit should not be less than one hour .

(3)When the main unit is testing with air load, you’d better tie grinding roller device with wire rope to prevent grinding rollers from fighting with grinding rings. Or you can directly disassemmble grinding rollers.

(4)During the smooth test operation of mining machine, the lubricating oil shall not exceed maximum temperature of 800c and temperature rise shall not exceed 400c.

(5)The bevel gear of analyzer shall operate smoothly with no abnormal voice and smooth asphalt.

(6)Pay attention to the driving directions of blower .Make sure the blower operates smoothly with no abnormal voice and vibration .The rolling temperature shall not exceed maxmum 700c and temperature rise shall not rise 350c.
